Overview of our Referral Program / Terms and Conditions

• You will receive £10 Reward for each new customer referral when they spend £30 or more on their first purchase only
• Applies to all purchases i.e. total spend at our online store shop.hashmatshealth.com, hashmatshealth.com, hashmats.com
• Successful referral can only be made to those who have no previous purchase history at our online store
• You can only receive a maximum of £10 reward for each new referred person
• PayPal account is needed to receive your reward (sent after 45 days of a successful referral) and if the order is returned for a refund and falls below the £30 first purchase threshold then the reward will no longer be valid to be paid
• This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice
